The Empress is from a CC0-licensed image by artist Jasmine Becket-Griffith, who does business under the name Strangeling. I have a small canvas of this hanging in my office. She works in the fantasy realm and also creates many works in this style for Disney, particularly Alice in Wonderland. You can see and buy her work in the WonderGround Gallery in Downtown Disney (Orlando, FL).

The image at bottom is of an actress who has done a Disney film but is better known for a non-Mouse franchise. She’s seen here on the photo tour for that film, pictured in a café atop St Pancras railway station in London. Her character in the film was known for reading, which presumably is why she’s shown here with a book.
